Job Description Summary:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or the equivalent and two years of related experience is required for the B level; five years of related experience is required for the A level\. Individual will perform a variety of administrative work in connection with the preparation, processing, and maintenance of distribution, production, and meter service records\. Individual must have a working knowledge of operating and construction procedures and practices as they relate to the work; strong computer skills, typing/data entry skills, and ability to utilize other office equipment\. The selected candidate should also have good interpersonal and communications skills; the ability to work with detail; and a working knowledge of various types of meters and associated metering equipment\.
The ability to pass the Clerical Aptitude and Data Entry test are required\.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Individual performs a variety of clerical work which requires initiative, judgment, and a working knowledge of applicable Company procedures and distribution and meter service practices\. Primary duties include but are not limited to: receives and analyzes calls; obtains and furnishes requested information or ensures proper and timely response by appropriate personnel; operates radio equipment to contact operating personnel; operates a computer to input or extract data related to operating records, work management, time and vehicle data and other related operating data\. Duties also include: preparing work order documentation, sketches, and stores transactions for routine maintenance and capital work orders; analyzing work order charges for accuracy and conformance to policy, and initiating appropriate corrective action as required\.
Bargaining unit employee with contractual rights to the position will be given first consideration\.
This position is categorized as safety\-sensitive for the purpose of drug testing\. Successful applicants shall be subject to a pre\-assignment drug test if the individual is currently in a non\-safety sensitive position\. As an employee in this position the individual shall be subject to random drug testing\. A positive drug test will result in disciplinary action\.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
