Architect
Residential design build firm has opening for architect or designer with a minimum of 5 years experience in residential design. Must be able to measure and document existing conditions, have excellent space planing skills and the ability assemble a full set of construction documents. Additionally, must be able to produce 3-d design drawings for walk through for sales presentations and web site maintenance. Photo shop integration and web site maintenance desirable. Construction management and estimation back round a plus. Kitchen planing and designing also a plus. Send resume and 3-d residential samples of interiors and exteriors. Identify what software with which you are most proficient. You must send salary requirements and samples of CD's and 3-d work to be considered.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
