QUALITY ENGINEERAdecco is currently assisting our local clients seeking an experienced QUALITY ENGINEER for a small but rapidly growing company in the Newtown, CT, area.
Quality Engineer candidates will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks within a manufacturing environment.

o Hands-on support for incoming inspection and production issues for current productso Develop manufacturing process sheets and test procedures and support FAI for new production componentso Initiate and rationalize engineering changes for non conforming component issue and suggest changes for approval or rejection.
Create and manage Non Conforming Product processo Involvement with CAPA process and responsible for quality related CAPA'so Design of experiments to troubleshoot, indentify root cause, and resolve manufacturing issues for componentso Review and improve incoming inspection process, create sampling planso Responsible updates for Quality Manual for ISO 13485, reporting, training procedures, process sheets, QMS procedures/forms and other technical documentationo Perform internal audits and assist in outside auditso Visit vendors for compliance as necessaryQuality Engineer candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
o 2-5 years experience in a similar manufacturing/quality positiono Knowledge of AS 9001, ISO 9001 and /or ISO 13485 preferredo Excellent communication skills - verbal and writteno Knowledge of basic MS Word, and good working knowledge of Excel is requiredo Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and In Design a strong pluso Ability to work independently for completion of required duties - excellent time management skillso Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred but may not required based on expo Ability to read and interpret component/assembly drawing as neededThis is a Direct Hire position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
