MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS
Adecco is currently assisting our Newtown client seeking experienced MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS in the Danbury, CT, area. MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER candidates will be responsible for completing a variety of assembly tasks within a manufacturing environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!
Responsibilities for MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS include but are not limited to:
o Assembly of parts and/or sub-assemblies according to blueprints, bill of materials, and shop order specifications
o Use of mechanical or power hand tools and gauges
o Mounting, refining, and fastening units
o Inspection of completed parts
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
o 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience
o Knowledge of inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers and more
o Ability to read blueprints
o Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
o Good solid work history with excellent references
Hours are 6:15am - 3:30pm.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
