IN A LEADERSHIP ROLE YOU WILL:
Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
Provide strong leadership.
Manage all areas of customer traffic.
Partner with Region leadership to plan and manage inventory levels.
Support service and parts operations to ensure a great customer experience at delivery and after sale.
Support customer pay sales and other growth initiatives in service and parts.
Analyze the business and develop action plans to improve performance.
Sett and achieve targeted goals.
Maintain an impeccable visual appeal of the facility & inventory.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:
Previous experience in Automotive, Boating, RV Industry, etc.
Dealership experience of a revenue generating team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive energy and a strong commitment to the customer experience.
Professional character and work ethic.
