As a baker here at Zesto, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious muffins, bars, cookies and other cafe-forward desserts from scratch using organic, whole foods ingredients.
Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the highest quality products for our customers.
Duties - Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts - Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent results - Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve optimal results - Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies - Clean and sanitize work area, equipment, and utensils - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements - Previous experience as a gluten-free baker is required.
Yeast-free is preferred.
- Knowledge of raw desserts and natural sugar-only desserts is preferred.
- Immediate knowledge of the Medical Medium diet is preferred, but learning and understanding it at a basic level is required.

- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations, with an up-to-date ServSafe certificate.
