You will collaborate with subject matter experts, analyze training needs, and design instructional content using various formats and technologies.
You will apply instructional design principles to create interactive and learner-centered experiences, incorporating activities, assessments, and multimedia elements.
You will participate in instructional design projects.
You will also evaluate and refine training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and learning objectives.
This revolves around creating impactful learning solutions to enhance employee development and support organizational success.
Your focus will be to simplify and enhance the employee experience at Spectrum to help maintain prime organizational effectiveness.

WHAT OUR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS ENJOY MOSTTo collaborate with the leadership team and business subject matter experts to design engaging learning that mitigates risk to the company and supports company values.
To partner with the business to create clear learning objectives in support of business goals.
To design and develop high-quality learning content such as materials for instructor-led sessions, asynchronous online elearning, simulations, and quick reference text guides to meet the needs of the supported audience(s).
To conduct reviews of training materials to ensure learning objectives are met.
To provide enhancements and revisions to existing materials based on SME/Stakeholder feedback.
To maintain current knowledge of the latest industry tools and processes.
To collaborate with assigned L&D Staff, Manager(s), Director(s), and business partners to create quality training deliverables.
To actively participate in and facilitate in-person or virtual meetings as needed to support learning projects.
To maintain accurate status of projects, milestones, and tasks in the team project tracking tool.
To diagnose and escalate risks to design projects to appropriate L&D leaders and stakeholders.
To facilitate in-person or virtual train the trainer sessions.
To apply the principles of adult learning theories, accessibility, and inclusivity in designing learning experiences WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in education, Adult Learning, or equivalent experience2
years of Instructional Design and development experienceAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Critical thinking and analytical skillsAbility to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.
Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner.
Ability to leverage advanced and emerging digital learning tools, delivery methods and platforms.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
