Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented project coordinator to support our Project Management and Delivery/Production Management teams. The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of various logistics engineering automation projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Production Managers to develop/progress project plans and schedules. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies and work with the team to develop and implement mitigation plans. - Coordinate project-related activities such as meetings, site visits, and vendor management. - Track project budget and expenses and ensure that they are within scope and allocated properly. - Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation. - Project shipping/receiving oversight. - Supplies and related orders management. - RMA coordination. RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management, or Engineering). - Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. - Experience in the automation engineering or logistics industry preferred. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus (e.g., PMP, Agile). - This position may require occasional travel.
